How do I get more Coins?
You can earn Coins in several ways:
- Completing levels successfully.
- Claiming your Daily Bonus (login every day for bigger rewards!).
- Spinning the Lucky Wheel.
- Completing Achievements (check the trophy icon on the home screen).
What do the Power-ups do?
- Shuffle: Randomly rearranges all the balls on the board. Useful when you're stuck!
- Undo: Reverses your last move. Great for fixing mistakes.
- Sort Net: Instantly sorts one net for you.
I lost my game progress. Can I get it back?
Pocket Parade saves your progress locally on your device. If you delete the app, your progress will be reset. Currently, we do not support cloud syncing across different devices. We recommend keeping the app installed to maintain your progress.
The game is crashing or freezing. What should I do?
Please try the following steps:
- Force close the app and restart it.
- Check if there is an update available in the App Store.
- Restart your device.
